Amy Ledig is the Vice President, Safety and Soundness Regulatory Counsel at the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). She focuses on safety and soundness policy issues, including the intersection of prudential regulation and digital assets. Drawing on her expertise in banking regulation and administrative law, she advocates for an environment where community banks flourish.

Before joining ICBA, Amy served as Counsel in the FDIC’s Legal Division, where she advised on banking supervision and regulatory matters. She previously clerked for the Maryland Court of Appeals.

Amy holds a JD cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a Master’s in Education from Arizona State University, and a BA in political science from Macalester College.
