Heidi focuses her practice on banking, financial technology (FinTech), and financial regulatory matters. She has represented clients across nearly every segment of the industry for over two decades, with a particular specialty in counseling technology firms and platforms developing products and services in emerging areas. In addition to advising traditional U.S. and multinational financial institutions, Heidi regularly counsels companies providing electronic and mobile payment processing services, digital wallets, money service businesses, content platforms, social media networks, retailers, e-commerce marketplaces, gaming companies, and digital asset and virtual currency-related businesses on critical legal and regulatory issues affecting their operations. Outside of her legal practice, Heidi serves as President of Women in Housing and Finance, a professional organization of women and men in Washington, D.C.
